7. Consideration and Terms of Service
(1) Subscription Service
- Monthly fee: JPY 15,000 (tax excluded; JPY 16,500 tax included)
- The subscription operates on a 30-day billing cycle.
- The minimum commitment period is three (3) billing cycles (90 days).
- One (1) overnight stay entitlement for up to two (2) persons is granted every 30 days.
- During the 90-day minimum term, subscribers will receive a total of three (3) overnight stay entitlements.
- Unused nights may be rolled over up to three (3) nights maximum.
- Unless canceled by the end of the month, the subscription automatically renews.
(2) Additional Accommodation Charges
- Additional nights beyond subscription entitlement are billed per the applicable rate schedule
(3) Food, Beverage, and Ancillary Services
- Fees are determined separately by the operators of the facilities where cabins are located
(4) Check-In Requirements
- A smartphone or tablet with internet access is required

9. Timing of Payment
(1) Subscription Service
- “Commencement Date”: The date from which a Member may begin using accommodation entitlements.
- “Billing Cycle”: means a 30-day usage period starting from the subscription date. The first payment is charged upon application, and subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same calendar day each month (or the last day of the month if such day does not exist).
(2) Additional Accommodation Fees
- Charged upon check-out
(3) Cancellation Fees
- Charged at the time the cancellation is confirmed
10. Commencement of Service / Reservation Confirmation
(1) Reservations may be made once the subscription contract is concluded
(2) Reservations are confirmed when completed on our website and the confirmation screen is displayed
11. Expenses Other Than Service Fees
- Internet and telecommunications fees per customer’s contracted provider
- Transportation to and from cabin facilities is borne by the customer
12. Termination and Refunds
(1) Subscription Service
Members may request termination at any time; however, such termination will only take effect after completion of the minimum commitment period (upon processing of the third payment). If termination is requested within eight (8) days of subscription and no accommodation has been used, the initial payment will be fully refunded. After eight (8) days, or once accommodation has been used, fees for the minimum commitment period are non-refundable.
(2) Accommodation Reservations
- Reservations may be canceled or modified via our website. Cancellations made up to 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to check-in are free of charge. Cancellations made after 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to check-in, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a flat fee of JPY 5,500 (tax included). Details are governed by the Accommodation Terms.

13. Special Conditions
- The statutory “Cooling-Off” period under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters
