Unused nights can be rolled over for up to 3 months, giving you the flexibility to plan your stays according to your schedule.Your subscription includes one night per month at a flat rate. If you're unable to use a night, it doesn't expire immediately. Instead, it rolls over to the following month. Unused nights can accumulate for up to 3 months, giving you a maximum of 3 nights available. These rolled-over nights must be used within 2 months before they expire.

Yes, subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime with no additional fees. However, if you choose to resume your subscription or start a new one, you will be required to pay 3 months' worth upfront.

No, your subscription fee fully covers your stay. Optional services such as food and beverages, early check-in, late check-out, or other extra amenities may incur additional charges.

Yes. If you'd like to gift your subscription night to someone else, please email us with their personal details, including their full name, address, and phone number. This information is required to record guest details accurately.

Meals aren't included, but you can pre-book snacks through our website. For BBQ ingredients, we recommend visiting the nearest supermarket, easily accessible by bicycle. Two bicycles are provided free of charge for our guests.

Yes, we provide one complimentary bundle of firewood and charcoal for guests. If you require additional bundles, you can pre-order them through our website for an extra fee before your stay.
