Discuss terms if there is a fit
Where there is a potential fit, we discuss a site visit, supporting documents and terms. Any contract or acquisition is considered individually.

Can I propose selling a property to ACC?
You can submit a property you are considering selling or transferring. ACC reviews the details and considers acquisition or operation individually. We do not promise to purchase a property or provide a valuation.
Can I keep ownership and discuss having ACC operate it?
Yes. You can also discuss retaining ownership and having ACC handle hospitality operations. Scope, preparation, costs and commercial terms are discussed for each property.
